The Inspiration Behind The Programme

After thirteen years as a Registered Dietitian, I observed a common challenge: many clients left their initial nutrition consultations feeling motivated, only to find that daily demands hindered their progress in staying consistent with their nutrition plans, while others expressed that they had not yet started working towards their nutritional goals, leaving them feeling unattainable.

To address this issue and support real, sustainable change, I developed six-week nutritional programmes. These programmes move away from a one-time visit every few weeks with a generic plan, instead offering clients a structured, weekly approach that has been proven to support meaningful behaviour change. It provides ongoing guidance, accountability, and encouragement.

Each week, we meet for 20 minutes to review progress, tackle any obstacles, and customise strategies to meet each individual's specific needs. Clients are encouraged to submit photos of their meals, physical activity logs, and other relevant assessments, promoting dynamic and personalised care.

The results are evident: clients remain engaged, maintain consistency, and successfully establish the healthy habits they previously found challenging. This programme ensures they stay connected, motivated, and supported, delivering the continuity necessary for improved quality of life.
 

My Philosophy

I am dedicated to creating a supportive environment that empowers clients in their health journeys. By utilising evidence-based practices, I proactively address challenges and develop sustainable strategies for behaviour change. My focus is on measurable outcomes, enabling clients to make informed decisions about their health.
