Blueberry Coconut Water Drink

A naturally vibrant blue drink made with blueberries and coconut water. Light, refreshing, and hydrating, it works well as a pre-workout beverage, a healthy snack, or a nutrient-packed accompaniment to meals. Packed with antioxidants and electrolytes, this drink is both delicious and nourishing.


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup blueberries, fresh

  • 1½ to 2 cups coconut water


Instructions:

  1. Add the blueberries and coconut water to a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Strain the mixture if you prefer a smoother, juice-like texture.

  3. Pour into a glass and serve immediately, or chill before serving.

  • Store any leftover drink in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours and stir before drinking.
